Marcel is professionally registered with the county of Alameda. He also holds an LDA Bond with Merriwether & Williams
Insurance Services. With more than 11 years experience, Marcel can provide Affordable and Valuable self-help services to the consumer as defined by the Business and Professions Code, to those of us who choose to approach our legal system without an attorney.
